At KMG Physiotherapy group yoga sessions are delivered by a fully qualified and insured yoga instructor. Group sessions are limited to a maximum of 8 participants. Mats are provided. Participants are advised to bring a bottle of water and to wear comfortable clothing and non-slip socks. The session will take approximately 45 minutes.
